Welcome to Little Bee Bakes.
1 Prices & Descriptions
All prices are as stated on the website, but we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice. We have taken care in preparing the content of this website to ensure all goods have been fairly described. However, actual goods may slightly differ to those described. Weights, sizes and dimensions are approximate.
2 Payment terms
We accept payment by credit or debit card via stripe payment, PayPal, or via direct bank transfer. For orders payed via bank transfer, orders will only be processed on receipt of payment.
3 Delivery charges
1st Class Royal Mail delivery charges are included in the price of the products. An additional charge can be paid if you would like the option to track your order.
4 Dispatch & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within the date stated on each product page, but for regular boxes please allow up to 10 working day. If dispatch is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to discuss and arrange an alternative.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure that you input the correct delivery address at the point of ordering – and, if any errors are made, to contact us as soon as possible.
The delivery aim for the postal services we use are 1 working day. This is a delivery aim, and not a guarantee. Our bakes stay fresh for 7+ days from the date they are dispatched – please allow 7 days for your delivery to arrive.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you or your chosen recipient and once payment has cleared. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. Our boxes fit through 99% of standard letterboxes in the UK, we cannot accept liability for our goods getting into the wrong hands once posted through yours, or the recipients letterbox.
Full payment is required when you order. Your payment represents an offer to purchase. Our acceptance of your order completes the contract between us.
6 Risk and ownership
Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to you. You will only own the goods once they have been successfully delivered and when we have received cleared payment in full. Goods supplied are not for resale.
