When do you upload stock to the website?
We upload stock to the website on Wednesdays at 8pm, the date of the next stock upload can be found on the shop page.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver our letterbox bakes via Royal Mail, meaning we can post all across the UK. We do not currently offer delivery anywhere outside of the UK.

Can I order bakes for a specific date?
If you would like to order bakes for a specific date, please contact us. We upload our stock every week, and all orders are dispatched the following week. Please let us know in advance of our stock upload and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot accept requests for specific dispatch dates at the point of ordering.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, we offer the option of gift messages in all our boxes – you can find the gift note box on the product page, or the gift note can be added to the notes box at the checkout. As standard, we do not include any prices or invoices in our boxes to cut down on waste so there is no worry of the price of the box being revealed.

Can I order more than one box for different addresses?
Yes, if you’d like to order boxes for multiple people at the same time, add each gift note to the product and pop them in your basket. When you get to the checkout, write the full name & address of the different recipients, adding which bakes to which person if you’ve chosen different boxes.

When will my order arrive?
Royal Mail 1st Class. The delivery aim for 1st class post is one delivery day, including Saturdays. However this is not a guarantee. Please allow a week from the date of dispatch to receive your order as the bakes stay fresh for 7+ days.
Tracked 24. The delivery aim for Tracked 24 post is one delivery day, it is a delivery aim and not a guarantee. Your parcel will be trackable so you can keep up with where it is. Please allow a week from the date of dispatch to receive your order as the bakes stay fresh for 7+ days.
Special Delivery Guaranteed. Guaranteed Delivery next day by 1pm, subject to postcode – more details can be found here. Please be aware that this may require a signature and will mean someone will need to be in to receive the package.

Can I order a subscription box to arrive for a specific date?
All cake subscription boxes and brownie subscription boxes are posted out at set times each month. For this reason they can’t be posted out for a specific date within the month. Gift certificates are available for both products, so if you would like to gift them for a birthday you can give the gift certificate before the boxes arrive.


Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Vegetarian – All our bakes, unless otherwise specified, are suitable for vegetarians. We do not include any non-vegetarian bakes in our subscription boxes and it is rare that we offer bakes on the website which aren’t suitable for vegetarians.
Vegan – We regularly offer vegan bakes in our weekly stock uploads. All our vegan bakes are made to vegan recipes, using products suitable for vegans. However all products carry a ‘may contain egg and milk’ warning due to working in an environment which handles these products.
Gluten Free – Due to working in an environment which handles gluten, we are unable to offer gluten free products, and are unable to cater for individuals with coeliac disease. However we do offer a range of ‘made without gluten’ products which are made using gluten free ingredients, but do carry a ‘may contain gluten’ warning due to working in an environment that handles gluten.
Allergies – We work in an environment that handles Cereals Containing Gluten, Egg, Milk, Nuts, Peanuts, Soya, Sulphites and are unable to cater for these allergies due to working in a small kitchen. All our allergens are displayed on each product, including may contain warnings which come from the risk of transmission in our own kitchen, and the may contain warning from the products which we use.

I’ve seen a bake on social media which isn’t on the website, how can I order it?
We change our bakes up regularly in our stock uploads, as well as including specials in our subscription boxes. Keep an eye out each week to see if the product you’ve seen is available to order.
