Where do you deliver?
We deliver our cakes all across the UK. We use DPD next-day delivery for the majority of orders, please see our delivery information for more detail. We do not currently offer delivery anywhere outside of the UK.

When do you upload stock to the website?
We upload stock to the website on Wednesdays at 8pm, the date of the next stock upload can be found on the shop page.

When will my order be despatched?
We work on a 5 working day turnaround time (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). So you can expect your order to be dispatched within a week of ordering.

Do your bakes fit through the letterbox?
As we’ve expanded our range of products, we can’t guarantee your order will fit through the letterbox. With the option of tracked delivery, you can change your delivery preferences if you’re not in – so there’s no need to worry about when you’ll get your cakes.

Can I order a subscription box to arrive for a specific date?
All our subscription boxes are posted out at set times each month. For this reason they can’t be posted out for a specific date within the month. Gift certificates are available for both products, so if you would like to gift them for a birthday you can give the gift certificate before the boxes arrive.

Can I order bakes for a specific date?
If you would like to order bakes for a specific date, please contact us in advance of ordering. We upload our stock every week, and all orders are dispatched the following week. Please let us know in advance of our stock upload and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot accept requests for specific dispatch dates at the point of ordering.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, we offer the option of gift messages in all our boxes – you can find the gift note box on the product page, or the gift note can be added to the notes box at the checkout. As standard, we do not include any prices or invoices in our boxes to cut down on waste so there is no worry of the price of the box being revealed.

Can I order more than one box for different addresses in the same order?
No, as our shipping is based on the weight of items we can’t currently accept orders for multiple addresses, please checkout these orders separately.


Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Vegetarian – All our bakes, unless otherwise specified, are suitable for vegetarians. We do not include any non-vegetarian bakes in our subscription boxes and it is rare that we offer bakes on the website which aren’t suitable for vegetarians.
Vegan – We offer a vegan cake subscription box which offers a different indulgent selection of vegan treats each month. We don’t currently offer vegan bakes in our stock uploads due to lack of demand. All our vegan bakes are made to vegan recipes, using products suitable for vegans. However all products carry a ‘may contain egg and milk’ warning due to working in an environment which handles these products.
Gluten Free – Due to working in an environment which handles gluten, we are unable to offer gluten free products, and are unable to cater for individuals with coeliac disease.
Allergies – We work in an environment that handles Cereals Containing Gluten, Egg, Milk, Nuts, Peanuts, Soya, Sulphites and are unable to cater for these allergies due to working in a small kitchen. All our allergens are displayed on each product, including may contain warnings which come from the risk of transmission in our own kitchen, and the may contain warning from the products which we use.
