When do you upload stock to the website?
We upload stock to the website on Fridays at 8pm, the date of the next stock upload can be found on the shop page.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver our letterbox bakes via Royal Mail, meaning we can post all across the UK. We do not currently offer delivery anywhere outside of the UK.

Can I order bakes for a specific date?
If you would like to order bakes for a specific date, please contact us. We upload our stock every week, and all orders are dispatched the following week. Please let us know in advance of our stock upload and we will do our best to accommodate. We cannot accept requests for specific dispatch dates at the point of ordering.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes, we offer the option of gift messages in all our boxes – you can find the gift note box on the product page, or the gift note can be added to the notes box at the checkout. As standard, we do not include any prices or invoices in our boxes to cut down on waste so there is no worry of the price of the box being revealed.

Can I order more than one box for different addresses?
Yes, if you’d like to order boxes for multiple people at the same time, add each gift note to the product and pop them in your basket. When you get to the checkout, write the full name & address of the different recipients, adding which bakes to which person if you’ve chosen different boxes.

When will my order arrive?
– If you choose ‘Free Shipping’ at the checkout, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. The delivery aim for 1st class post is one delivery day, including Saturdays. However this is not a guarantee. Please allow a week from the date of dispatch to receive your order as the bakes stay fresh for 7+ days.
– If you choose ‘Tracked 24’ at the checkout, your order will be delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24. The delivery aim for Tracked 24 post is one delivery day, it is a delivery aim and not a guarantee. Your parcel will be trackable so you can keep up with where it is.

Can I order a subscription box to arrive for a specific date?
All cake subscription boxes and brownie subscription boxes are posted out at set times each month. For this reason they can’t be posted out for a specific date within the month. Gift certificates are available for both products, so if you would like to gift them for a birthday you can give the gift certificate before the boxes arrive.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We have a range of vegan bakes which can be ordered here, these are all made using vegan recipes – but are made in the same kitchen which handles egg and milk so are unsuitable for milk or egg allergy sufferers.

The kitchen handles gluten on a daily basis, which means we are unable to cater for those with coeliac disease. However, we offer a range of ‘made without gluten’ bakes, which are made without using any additional gluten – but they may contain traces.

The kitchen handles nuts (almonds, hazelnuts) and peanuts, on a regular basis. As it is a small kitchen we do not have a nut free zone, and all bakes may contain traces of nuts and peanuts.

I’ve seen a bake on social media which isn’t on the website, how can I order it?

There are certain special bakes which are included in brownie subscription boxes, cake subscription boxes and for seasonal selections. These bakes are exclusive to these boxes and aren’t available to order. There are often new and exciting bakes up for grabs, and subscription boxes can be bought again for a limited time once they’ve been posted out. If you keep an eye out on Instagram and Facebook, there will be updates about new products and when they can be ordered.
