A look inside April’s Brownie Subscription Box..

April’s brownie subscription boxes made their way out earlier this month. They included two very popular bakes and one of my all time favourite brownies. I’m loving baking up new flavours of blondies and brownies each month and hearing feedback about them all.

Malteaser Blondies

Malteaser blondies are up there with one of the most moreish bakes there are. They’re rich and fudgey and just so comforting. White chocolate blondie mix is filled with a whole layer of crushed malteasers which bake into the mix. With a little added malt to enhance the flavour they’re super sweet and very addictive. They might not always look as exciting as some other blondies, but they’re a real treat – they’re often requested by those who’ve tried them!

Salted Caramel Brownies

I absolutely love working with salted caramel, and mixing it into bakes. Salted caramel brownies have to be one of my favourite brownies. A rich and fudgey brownie swirled with generous amounts of homemade salted caramel.

I have to admit, the salted caramel in the photo above doesn’t look quite right as I was having a nightmare on photography day to get the caramel right (oops!).. but the caramel that went out in the boxes was just perfect. I could quite happily have eaten it by the spoonful!

May’s box

May’s brownie subscription box will be leaving the kitchen on the 14th May, and there’s still a week or so left to sign up to receive it. I’ve got some real indulgent bakes planned for them. I reckon the blondie will be one of the biggest hits of the year, and I can’t wait for you to try it. If you can’t wait to find out what the bakes will be, you can have a look on the one-off brownie subscription box page.

How do the brownie subscription boxes work?

The brownie subscription boxes are posted at on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. They include new flavours of blondie and brownie each month, bakes which aren’t available to buy anywhere else in the shop. Each box is baked fresh to order and posted in eco-friendly packaging which is designed to fit through your letterbox!

There are a few different options to purchasing a brownie subscription box. You can choose to sign up to a rolling payment of a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly box. You sign up the once and the orders renew every time you’re due a box, meaning you don’t have to worry about placing the order each time. Or choose to buy a block of months in an upfront payment. This can be a really good gift idea to get for those hard to buy for people, or if you have some money you’d like to spend in one go. The boxes will go out for 3, 6 or 12 months depending which option you choose.

You can also buy yourself a one-off subscription box, meaning you’ll get the next box as a one-off purchase.
